Gymnastics

Gymnastics Programs

Why Gymnastics?
“The physical benefits of doing gymnastics include increased strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, and artistry. Research shows that participating in gymnastics at any level positively affects kids’ self-esteem, helps them problem-solve, and builds confidence overall.” – Jessica Tudos

Instructors: Connie Richert, Larissa Queen

Class Attire

Girls: Leotard with Soffe shorts or a fitted tank top with fitted shorts (like volleyball briefs).
Boys: T-shirt and shorts.
Hair: If long enough, hair must be tied back and kept out of the face.

Proper attire helps keep athletes safe and allows coaches to spot skills more effectively!
